|Rocky Road is my favorite ice cream so, you know, I’m going to enjoy anything made with the same combination of ingredients! This recipe is quick and easy and will be a welcome addition to any summertime meal.
• 2 packages cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 2 cups whipped topping
• 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup chocolate morsels
• 1 9 Inch graham cracker crust
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and milk in a large bowl with a mixer until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping, then marshmallows, pecans, and chocolate morsels. Spoon mixture into crust. Refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving.
Decorate with chocolate chips, marshmallows, and chocolate drizzle, or with plain whipped topping or to your own preference.
