Easter is just around the corner and I haven’t yet decided what I will serve for our Easter family get-together. I usually ignore the usual, traditional fare and mix it up a bit. Not everyone in my family likes ham anyway.
This year I am leaning toward a favorite; cheesy chicken casserole (https://bgibsonbooks.com/chicken-casserole/). It is good comfort food and can be served with a nice green salad, a variety of vegetables (so everyone is happy) and dinner rolls.
Maybe for dessert, we’ll each have a big slice of Chocolate Mayo Cake (https://bgibsonbooks.com/chocolate-mayo-cake/) with a side of french vanilla ice cream and a chocolate drizzle. Yum!
And, of course, it will be served on the good dishes!
What do you think? What will you be serving?
