SEA SALT & VINEGAR POTATO CHIP COOKIES
1 Pouch Sugar Cooking mix (17.5 oz – Betty Crocker)
1 Large Egg
1/3 Cup Butter, softened
1 TBSP Water
1 8 oz. bag Sea Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips – crushed
Preheat oven to 350.
Stir together cookie mix, egg, butter, and water until
soft dough forms. Stir in crushed potato chips.
(save a few for topping)
Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto an ungreased
baking sheet.
Top with crushed potato chips OR crushed pecans.
Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown at edges.
Let cool on baking sheet 2 minutes & then to a wire
rack to cool.
Makes about 36 cookies
